About Website Speed Test

Measure DNS, connection, TLS, time to first byte and total response time for a public website URL. cURL measures DNS, connection, TLS, time-to-first-byte and total request timings for a public URL.

How to use Website Speed Test

Enter a public website URL and run the test. ToolFlow measures DNS lookup, TCP connection, TLS negotiation, time to first byte and total transfer time from the ToolFlow server.

When Website Speed Test is useful

  • Investigate a public website during development, deployment or SEO review.
  • Verify an HTTP, DNS or TLS detail before changing server configuration.
  • Capture a point-in-time diagnostic result without installing a local command-line tool.

Practical tips

  • Run diagnostics against a public URL you are authorized to test.
  • A single request is a point-in-time measurement; network and server conditions can change between checks.
  • For production decisions, confirm important findings with server logs or authoritative configuration data.

Website Speed Test FAQ

Does Website Speed Test change my original input?

No. ToolFlow works on a temporary upload or submitted value and returns a separate result. Your local original is not overwritten.

Can Website Speed Test access private or local network addresses?

No. ToolFlow is designed to reject localhost, local domains and private or reserved IP ranges before making a server-side request.

Confidentialité et gestion des fichiers

This diagnostic sends a server-side request only to public addresses after private and reserved network ranges are rejected. The destination website may record ToolFlow's server request in its own logs. See the Politique de confidentialité for details.
