These Terms govern access to and use of ToolFlow at toolflow.reteterra.it. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use ToolFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. The service

ToolFlow provides online conversion, processing, diagnostic and utility tools. Some tools depend on server modules such as FFmpeg, GD, Poppler, Ghostscript or LibreOffice and may not be available at all times. Features, limits, supported formats and availability may change.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms under applicable law. If you create an account, provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.

3. Files, content and rights

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant ToolFlow only the limited technical permission necessary to receive, process, convert, transmit and delete that content in order to provide the requested function. You must have all rights and permissions required to process each file, text, URL or data item you submit.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ToolFlow for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, malware distribution, phishing, spam, vulnerability exploitation, access-control bypass, private-network access, abusive scraping, intentional infrastructure overload, or processing content you are not authorized to use. Do not attempt to defeat technical limits, rate limits or security controls.

5. Tools that contact third-party websites

Web and diagnostic tools must be used only against public resources and in compliance with applicable rules, terms and law. ToolFlow may restrict or block requests that appear to target private, reserved or potentially abusive destinations.

6. Results and user responsibility

Conversions and technical results can vary with source files, codecs, fonts, document structure, network conditions and server modules. Verify important results before publishing, sending, archiving or using them in a critical process. ToolFlow is not a substitute for professional review where accuracy, compliance or data integrity is essential.

7. API

API access, when available, may be subject to authentication, quotas, request limits, file-size limits, pricing and anti-abuse controls. You may not resell, share or automate API credentials contrary to the applicable plan or documentation.

8. Paid plans

If paid services are enabled, price, billing period, renewal, taxes, limits and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

9. Intellectual property

ToolFlow software, branding, design, documentation and original content, excluding user content and third-party components, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of the code or brand.

10. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, Terms violations or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Availability and warranties

ToolFlow is provided on an available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file or platform, error-free results or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ToolFlow and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits the exclusion or limitation of liability.

13. Privacy

Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, risks, business models or legal requirements. The current version is the version published on this page with its last-updated date.

15. Governing law and disputes

Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the establishment of the service operator and any mandatory rules that apply to the user, including consumer protections where relevant. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
